ABOUT
Sveer Maintenance Ltd. was established in 2004 as an oilfield lease maintenance company with a single grader. The company quickly expanded its iron inventory as well as its range of services - adding snow removal, earthworks, excavation, and subgrade and granular base preparation to its repertoire.
Sveer started construction of subdivision streets in 2007, and has proudly continued this work for the same developer for the past 13 years. At this same time, the company also began construction of commercial parking lots as well as rural driveways. In 2012, Sveer made a natural progression from base preparation into asphalt paving. In 2019 we commissioned our own Asphalt Plant and look forward to providing our customers with a complete package.

PROJECTS
Sveer was responsible for coring out clay fill, subgrade preparation and granular base preparation for this subdivision street.
Sveer Maintenance was the Prime Contractor for the construction of the parking lot, roadway, and cart paths which included earthworks, granular base and asphalt paving. Concrete work was sub-contracted to Cooper Concrete Construction Ltd. and Motif Concrete Services, and SolidEarth Geotechnical was hired for materials testing.
Another quality project delivered by the team at Musgrave Developments is the FCC building in Lloydminster, SK. On this project, Sveer was fortunate to perform the subgrade preparation, granular base preparation and asphalt paving.
Sveer performed the site earthworks, building pad preparation, granular base and surfacing and asphalt paving for the new Lloyd Lanes Bowling Alley. We can't wait to bowl a few "strikes" in the new facility opening early 2018!
